Deepak Malaviya holds degree in Science, P.G. Diploma in Business Administration and International Trade Management and did his Sr. Management Program from IIM-Calcutta.
Deepak has extensive experience of SALES, MARKETING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, managing SBUs, P&L function, Business PLANNING, CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS, OPERATIONS and GENERAL MANAGEMENT roles in Indian & Multinational organizations since 1985, in various capacities with market leading companies like GAPL, Voltas, Bausch & Lomb, Siemens, NRB Bearings, his last assignment was as “Head-OEM & International Business at Classic Stripes”.
His MULTI-INDUSTRY experience of Automotive, Telecom, Consumer Durable, FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries, covering INDIA, SOUTH ASIA, ASEAN, MIDDLE EAST & EUROPE has helped him in adopting customer centric, bottom line driven, entrepreneurial approach, while developing business and nurturing relationship with stakeholders.

Dilip Vaze brings with him a rich experience of more than three decades in several critical areas like Budgetary control, Working Capital Management, Commercial operations including Supply chain, Contracting, vendor development etc.
He has spearheaded the Commercial function in reputed corporate houses like Siemens Ltd, Reliance Infocom & Mahindra Logistics. He also led a team in Siemens Ltd. to conduct Business Process Re-engineering & the successful implementation of SAP & other processes in 1992. He has a Bachelor degree from Mumbai University.
